We are asking you to serve for the entire 4 hour event if possible.  We will rotate for breaks and when worn out.  If you can only serve for part of the day, please indicate:

Please arrive at the park at least 15min. prior to the time you are to serve and report to the Volunteer Tent, located in the center of the Park
Most activities will be shut down during 1000 Generations so that volunteers can enjoy their show.

Stage
Good at keeping people on schedule? Do you like to work behind the scenes helping set up bands and equipment?  Then helping our M.C., speakers, and musicians could be the job for you!

Food
Cooking, Food Servers and Clean-up.  We sure could use your help on the food team! Last year we served over 600 plates of FREE Barbeque!

Contribution Team
Are you an “asker” person?  We need a team of people to help us get donations of supplies and financial contributions.  We’ll tell you what we need, and you can help make it happen!

      

Day of Picnic Volunteers|
We need an army of volunteers for the day of the picnic to make this happen!  Sign up to volunteer and we’ll find someplace  where you can help.

Children’s Activities
Are you good at organizing?  Do you love kids?  Do you want to help the kids have a fun time?  This year kids will get to go through "Creation Stations".  7 Stations in all, where kids will play games and create fun crafts.

Will also need volunteers to fill helium balloons, pass out prize and gifts, and man the inflatable bounce houses.

Decorations
Help set the mood for this fun fall picnic.  Pumpkins, cornstalks, hay bales, and mums galore! It is a big park, so lots of creativity is needed.  We are hoping for donations or loaning of needed supplies, so willingness to help ask for them is needed.
